using Integra Apps – a customer experience A review of the challenges faced that lead to the decision to purchase and Implement Applimation “Integra Apps” and the issues faced in post-Implementation. Xansa is in the process of Developing and Implementing a single Oracle Financials instance for one of its Telecommunications clients. This Instance will replace the multi-instances that exist outside of the UK at various Oracle release levels from 11.03 to 11.5.10. Although the end game is a single instance, during the Development phase there will still be a large number of instances in use at Development, Test, Pre-Production, Production and Master status. This clearly requires a high degree of synchronisation across the various environments as well as the ability to identify changes and differences during both Development and Operational running.
