Oracle Oracle is successfully established as a leading software provider to Scottish businesses and government. In June of this year Eddie Chance was appointed as the new Regional Director for Oracle in Scotland, with remit to provide innovative and collaborative solutions to further develop the company's business and Scotland's economic prosperity. In addition to key service initiatives, Chance will also drive Oracle's Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) programme across Scotland, designed to benefit local schools and communities.
