Cancellation of SIG by the UKOUG
UKOUG reserves the right to cancel any SIG at any time without liability. In these circumstances the delegate will be offered an alternative date, or refund if paying. The UKOUG will not issue compensation. Please bear this in mind when making travel arrangements.

Changes to SIG Agenda/Venue
UKOUG reserves the right to alter SIG agenda content and/or venue without prior notice. All agenda times are for guidance only.

Content - Speakers
The opinions expressed are those of the speaker and do not represent the views of the UKOUG. The UKOUG will therefore not accept liability arising from any actions taken as a result of content.

Content - Third Parties
UKOUG has not verified literature provided by Third Parties for accuracy or correctness and will not accept liability arising from its inclusion.

Force Majeure
UKOUG shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay to the SIG if that failure or delay is the result of events beyond the UKOUG's control.

Payment
Any invoice relating to SIGs must be paid upon receipt. UKOUG reserve the right to re-allocate the SIG place to another delegate if invoices are not paid on time.

Refusal of Booking
UKOUG reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason.

Security
Delegate badges must be worn at all times during the SIG.

SIG attendee cancellation  
All cancellations to bookings must be made 24 hours prior to the start of a SIG. If a delegate place is cancelled within 24 hours or if the delegate fails to attend the SIG, there will be a charge of £75+vat. There will be no charge if a substitute member wishes to take the place of the original delegate

Undesirable Activities
If it appears to the UKOUG that a delegate may be engaged in activities that are deemed to be contrary to the best interests of the SIG the UKOUG may refuse the delegate the right to participate further in the SIG.
